South-West Middle School will be using PTCFast.com to make signups as convenient as possible for our families.
The dates and times of conferences are:
Thursday, December 7 (6-8th grades ONLY), 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 13 (5-8th grades), 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

When signing up, please keep the following tips in mind:

If your child is in grades 6-8 please sign up with ALL academic teachers, not just their homeroom teacher.

If your child is an English Language Learner, or has an IEP, please state that you'd like their EL teacher or Special Education Teacher present at your conference(s).

Please don't forget to sign up to meet our Academic Programs Team: Art, Health, Media, Music, Physical Education and Tech Engineering Teachers.

Finally, and very importantly, if you need conferences translated, each teacher will have access to our Language Line during your conference. In addition, we have staff members who will be able to assist with translation. Please make sure to let us know this when signing up.
